"Delighted with this service. Driver arrived early, phoned me to say he would be waiting for us outside hotel. He was lovely, very friendly,didn't get his name but he said he was originally from Boston, a lovely man. There was quite a bit of waiting about at the Palace and a lot of security checks which didn't phase him at all. Only one small suggestion, might be an idea for drivers to have dress code. It's not that he was untidy but a little smarter would make it first class service all round. Thank you"
